The Mystic River Fitness Centers contribute an extensive fitness and wellness resource to the Club’s roster of services, greatly enhancing the overall membership experience. The goal of the Fitness Centers is to enable members to achieve their fitness goals in a congenial, professional atmosphere that fosters both personal and business relationships that last a lifetime.

A professional staff is available to design and monitor individual workouts. Personal programs begin with a thorough analysis and establishment of individual goals, and are structured to fulfill members’ needs, from fitness to relaxation.


If you prefer a group workout, the Mystic River Fitness Center also provides a wide array of fitness and wellness classes.  Our group classes are a fun and motivating way to stay in shape.  Classes vary depending upon season, but include step, core, shaping, cardio strength interval training and water aerobics.

Mat Pilates
Monday 9:00 AM
An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Learn to utilize and strengthen your “powerhouse”- the deep abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back. Pilates teaches body awareness and good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, and agility. This class if for the beginner to intermediate level.

Fitness Walk
Monday 5:00 PM
This class will teach you how to get an exercise walk in a way that benefits the total body well being. We'll get your heart rate going and burn off those calories from the day!
